The rights issue amounts to approximately SEK 26.4 million.
Preferential rights
Those who on the record date of April 25, 2023 are registered as shareholders in the Company have preferential rights to subscribe for shares in the Company based on existing shareholdings in the Company. Shareholders in the Company receive twenty (20) subscription rights for each share held. Three (3) subscription rights are required to subscribe for one (1) share.
Subscription price
The subscription price is SEK 0.10 per share. There is no brokerage fee.
Subscription period
Subscription of shares shall take place from April 27, 2023 up to and including May 11, 2023.
Trading in subscription rights
Trading in subscription rights is intended to take place from April 27, 2023 up to and including May 8, 2023.
Issue guarantees
The Rights Issue is 100 percent guaranteed through guarantee commitments. The guarantees are not secured by bank guarantees, escrow funds, pledges or similar arrangements.
