Zazz Energy has signed a conditional agreement for the construction of a ground-based solar cell plant with a capacity of approximately 1190 MWh. Permits for the addition of a battery farm for energy storage are preliminarily approved. If the conditions are met, the plant can generate revenue in Q3 2024.

Permits for the addition of a battery park for energy storage are preliminarily approved. If the conditions are met, the plant can generate revenue in Q3/Q4 2024.

Wärtsilä on site in Amfilochia

Today (17/1 2024) the new Wärtsilä machine arrived at the new machine hall in Amfilochia. The installation and test run started immediately and is expected to be completed in seven to ten days.

During the installation, we disconnect the existing machines that have been producing electricity since they were started on December 13.

Site visit in Amfilochia

The company’s auditor, Ben Heidari of Fineasity, was on a site visit in Greece from 8 to 10 January 2024.

He visited the production site in Amfilochia and our financial and legal partners in Athens.

Machine shop in Amfilochia

Construction of a new machine shop in Amfilochia

Our new supplier has started delivering the panels. These are necessary to protect the machine and critical equipment from both weather and other damage, and to ensure the legally required soundproofing. Once all the panels have arrived, the machine is moved up to Amfilochia and the new machine shop is finally assembled.
